Pat McGrath
According to industry sources, Dame Pat McGrath’s eponymous makeup brand Pat McGrath Labs is up for sale.
After a few years of speculation, Pat McGrath Cosmetics LLC and Patricia McGrath are up for sale. Hilco Global is said to be managing the process.
Saks Global
According to reports, luxury retailer Saks Global is planning to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The group is preparing to file for bankruptcy without a restructuring deal in place. Although Saks Global plans to craft one as the Chapter 11 is filed and plans move forward.
DFS Greater China Retail Business
DFS and CTG Duty-Free announced a definitive agreement, wherein CTG Duty-Free will acquire DFS’s travel retail business in Hong Kong and Macau and intangible assets in Greater China.
Through this transaction, CTG Duty-Free will acquire the DFS retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau, as well as intangible assets for a series of DFS brands and intellectual properties for exclusive use in Greater China.
CoverFX & Mally Beauty
AS Beauty has closed two of its brands, CoverFX and Mally Beauty, amid growing market challenges. Both color cosmetics brands made the announcements on Instagram and took the time to thank their communities.
