Tune into the upcoming podcast series hosted by beauty industry executive John Rebecchi -- In Reality: Lessons from Leaders and Entrepreneurs. 

The podcast is co-produced by New York Institute of Technology’s School of Management and Rebecchi. 

A new 20-minute episode will debut every two weeks, featuring guests from various backgrounds ranging from start-ups to multinational companies.

"You’ll hear thoughtful and revealing conversations as our guests open up about finding and translating their passion into a business, how leaders inspire others to follow their vision, and even talk about making mistakes, but always looking for solutions," Rebecchi says. 

Rebecchi is senior vice president at DISC Graphics, and is also on the New York Institute of Technology's School of Management’s Business Advisory Board. His involvement helps ensure that the school’s business courses give students the critical thinking, decision-making, and research skills needed for successful careers. 

The podcast series was created to help turn students into leaders -- and entrepreneurs.
