2019-08-15 10:58:17

Easyfairs, the organizer of ADF&PCD New York, says exciting market-driven improvements and features will highlight this year’s event, which will be held September 17-18, at the Altman Building & Metropolitan Pavilion in Manhattan. The trade show is described as “North America’s only dedicated event for the aerosol, dispensing, perfume and cosmetic packaging community.”

More than 2,000 senior decision-makers are expected to attend and connect with more than 150 specialist suppliers that will be exhibiting.

Paul MacDonald, global brand director of the Easyfairs Packaging Portfolio, says: “We have big plans for our fourth edition as we move away from the week after Labor Day weekend. Whether the objective is to listen, learn, network, buy or browse, ADF&PCD New York provides visitors with the perfect platform to stay ahead of the competition. The conference program will look at the most pressing industry challenges and hottest trends, whilst the show floor will be packed with the very latest technologies and services designed to improve the way our industry operates.”

ADF&PCD New York also welcomes back The Pentawards for its second year “with designers from all over the globe taking to the stage to discuss how to turn packaging design challenges into opportunities.”

EcoTours will be returning to ADF&PCD New York 2019, providing eco-friendly focused visitors with access to the most sustainable packaging solutions on the show floor.

The Innovation Awards will also be back. By celebrating and showcasing the latest and most cutting-edge designs and technologies, the Awards provide attendees with the perfect platform to see the innovations that are driving cosmetics, fragrance and aerosol design forward.

Organizers say there will also be plenty for Indie beauty brands to see at the show, including a series of ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions, with speakers talking about how they overcame challenges and how to create market solutions to catch the attention of the consumer.

In addition, this year’s Future Packaging Live program will offer a mix of interactive conference sessions and invitation-only workshops, with content focused on real-world industry challenges and insights. A new networking program will help exhibitors reach a wider customer base and save time and money by enabling them to connect pre-event with like-minded distributors. Organizers say 75 of North America’s largest distributors have been invited to attend.
